Dear Colleague,

In the European Year of Volunteering, let us help together children in need!

We are making a collection of items for children - school kits (pen, notebook, eraser), hygienic articles (soap, shampoo, toothbrush), or small toys - that will be donated to children in need in Iraq, Kenya, Malawi and Uganda through the Edukans Foundation (www.edukans.nl).

In case you wish to contribute an item, it would be highly appreciated if you or your representative could bring it to our Embassy (Hogeweg 14 2585JD Den Haag) during the week of 5th – 8th December 2011, between 10.00 – 16.00 o’clock. I would also be grateful if you could inform your colleagues about this opportunity.
