Developments worth HUF 750m are close to being completed at the Szeged Industrial and Logistics Centre (SZILK), Bela Voros, managing director of the business park's operator, Globallog, said at a press conference on Tuesday.

Globallog built a 2,600 sqm warehouse, developed utilities, built roads and completed IT investments at the park, Mr Voros said. The project started in February 2009 and will finish on January 31, 2011, he added. Half of the cost of the project was covered by European Union funding. About 30 companies use the warehouse, including ten on a regular basis.

Companies operating at SZILK provide work for about 300 people.
