ITD Hungary

 

The Office of Economic Affairs of the Hungarian Embassy represents the Hungarian government’s Investment and Trade Development Agency in The Hague. The ITD Hungary is a non-profit organization and a one-stop shop information and consultation centre for foreign investments in Hungary and public support office of export trade partners. The ITDH Office in The Hague is the first contact point in the Hungarian-Dutch business relations.

XIX. Farmer Expo

International Exhibition of Agriculture and Food Industry

Venue: University of Debrecen, Centre of Agriculture, Debrecen, Hungary
Date: 25th – 28th August 2010

 

Main groups of exhibits: Seed-corn cultivation, plant protection and soil conservation, irrigation, stock breeding (poultry, sheep, goat, pig, horse, cattle), animal hygiene, fodders, stock breeding tools, machines and technologies, sylviculture and game farming, agricultural mechanics, agrarian architecture, food industry, agricultural services

 

Speciality:
• the biggest agrarian forum in the region
• is regarded as the most important agro technological exhibition
• in 2010 at the time of the Farmer-Expo Exhibition, the V. HORTICO Fruit and Vegetable Horticultural Exhibiton - a unique forum in Central-Eastern Europe - will be  organised

 

Objectives:

• to showcase the worldwide reputation of Hungarian Agriculture
• to ensure the possibility for exhibitors, professionals, conference lecturers, farmers and visitors to exchange experience and new technologies, to negotiate, to do business all in one place
• we would be glad to see foreign companies, investors, agronomists, farm owners, distributors and marketers, who would like to establish relations with the decision makers of agricultural industry from Hungary

Fruit and Vegetable Horticultural Exhibition

Venue: University of Debrecen, Centre of Agriculture, Debrecen, Hungary
Date: 25th – 28th August 2010

 

Main groups of exhibits: fresh and processed fruits and vegetables, seed grains, cuttings and propagation matters, viniculture, officinal herbs and spicery, mushroom-culture, cultural equipments, cold-storage plants, manipulators, classifiers and sorter machines, equipments of transport and storing, harvesting and processing machines, machines of horticultural cultivation, horticultural irrigation, horticultural plant protection

• a unique forum in Central-Eastern Europe

Venue: Kölcsey Conference Centre, Debrecen, Hungary
Date: 21st-23rd September 2010

 

Main groups of the exhibits: Energy generation, transport supply and services, energy trading, utilization of alternative energy sources, power stations, power plant  technology

 

Speciality:
• the only independent, comprehensive forum of the Hungarian energy sector
• Eastern-European investment forum

 

Objectives:

• to organize a trade fair, where all companies of the energy industry and their business partners will be present concentrated for the Hungarian and foreign professionals and the public
